If this hardware were not present to the computer, the workload would be too much for the computer to handle alone.
The graphics card, with the help of the motherboard, processor, memory and monitor, does the task of displaying an image. The motherboard is for the supply of power and allows connection for the data to use. The processors help the card decide on what to do with each pixel on the computer screen. The memory serves as the storage of information that is going to be used in each pixel. In addition, the memory also holds the completed image or picture temporarily. Lastly, the monitor allows the user to view the completed result of translating the binary data.
